I was having challenges in attracting participants to my programs, I wasn’t sure how to convince parents to join and that too at a price that honored all the hard work I put in. I joined the EPM program and discovered that the important thing is to connect with the customer's pain point and impress upon them the value they will receive by signing up for my course. I worked on understanding the challenges faced and outcomes desired of my target audience and put that into the marketing material. There was an instant connect and I am attracting many more parents than I have ever done before!
