"My EPM Story.
I decided to attend the EPM course as I thought it would assist me in chunking down the offerings of my company Passion Maps.
After a decade of retirement, I un-retired. I want to pass on what I feel are my unique learnings. I have been blessed by having worked with diverse clients including top management of large international companies.
For 15 years Passion Maps provided holistic programs, and retreats always centred on integrating passion, purpose and authenticity based on accessing embodied intelligence. We have guided people and teams to the essence and power of their inner worlds and converted that into potential. I have trained coaches around the world and led corporate retreats sometimes involving up to 50 people in deep experiential programs.
I found it very very difficult and uncomfortable to offer a small slice of my IP as an MVP as this would involve a much broader market than the transformational coaches I aim to serve now.
I am now 75 years old and was worried people would think I was too old and would not engage but EPM has changed all that. I now have the confidence to move forward when previously I was frozen. Marisa and Coach Debra have been amazing.
LYM has shown me how I need to chunk, benefitize (my word) and systematize our remarkable offerings which I know make a huge contribution to humanity.
And I am now clear that I want to market to medium/ large groups of transformational coaches and/or executives by leading interesting and informative events. Two are set up now. I expect over $50,000 in sign-ups.
I know that my potential client base becomes huge with the integration of AI into businesses. I think many business processes will be carried out by AI engines. Individuals who thrive will exude vitality, build great relationships, and demonstrate creativity as their core skills. Our programs have been building these skills and traits for 20 years.
With EPM, I now know I have unique skills methodologies and processes for the new post AI world.
