Last year I enrolled for the second time in EPM and referred several others, knowing EPM offered exceptional quality. The people I referred would often reach out to me for added support, especially during weeks when their coach wasn't available. I loved giving support and could see the difference it made for them....especially during break or holiday weeks when coaches were also on break. It took significant time on my part....and it paid off.....for THEM. THEY met the mission accomplished during the time of the program...BUT .....I DIDN'T. I was shocked! I'd methodically followed and completed the modules, but left myself behind in terms of selling my program as I supported others.
Soooooo....this year I was clear Mission Accomplished was going to be MY success also! How many times had I heard Marisa say in my past EPM experiences that my MVP program didn't need to be completely created before I could sell it. What if I focused on selling my program from day 1? Why not!
I knew the essence of my program even though all the details for flow weren't even outlined, let alone flushed out. I knew people who needed what my new program would offer, so from the moment EPM kicked off, I moved into sharing my yet-to-be-created program. In the first week of the program, before I even completed my first mission or had a preliminary name for the program, I made my first sale for $9997. Awesome! Mission Accomplished! Check!
And then my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sales came right behind. That made $40K. I'd never before sold a program before it was created. If anyone asked me about specifics, I simply assured them I'd get that to them later, "closer to the start of the program". I never assumed they needed written material before they could or would say yes. I could TALK--chatter--with focus, confidence, and clarity on what my program was all about and that's what could make all the difference.
I didn't know as I sold my program from the first week of the EPM program, that there were going to be several unexpected family issues arising in the latter half of the program, all taking my time and attention.
Had I waited until my program was fully created to begin selling it, I would not have had the time at the end of EPM to share and sell my program. But my group was already 2/3 filled. I also learned that I could help others in their business AND do so without putting my own success second.
And I learned from experience what it feels like to be so clear and confident in the value of what I'm creating that I could sell a program at any point in its development--" MINIMUM VIABLE" is the lasered way to go! Sold my first program $10K during the first week of EPM before I'd even created the program...I was so clear on the value and direction of the program.
I wobbled at having a $10K 6-month 1:few program for my EPM product I understood it was of course OK to do so, but the encouragement for many of the people in EPM is to have a shorter lower-cost program.
But.......Create what I want and sell what I create!
I jumped in and....with minimal outreach and no marketing beyond chatterbox, I sold ""a whole lot more"" in a matter of a few weeks. $40K sold for what will be a $60K group. More is waiting to come as soon as I follow up with people after taking a pause for a deluge of family matters that arose. "
"What I want most from my business is a sense of SECURITY. When I feel secure I'm at ease, happy, and lighthearted. I see the humor in everything and can flow with the tides. EPM and my success (Both in EPM and Momentum) have given me financial security and with that a confident ease in life that for me is priceless.
I'm 7th of 8 kids and not used to having my endeavors supported or taken seriously. In EPM I've also experienced what it's like to have SUPPORT--support for what I want to create and this is amplified by seeing how seriously EVERYONE'S proposed programs are taken with such quality support given.
Nothing's wrong with being crystal clear....and being crystal clear is actually a whole lot easier than being super complex and confusing.
Specifically, because of my deep understanding of and successful work over the years with people who've had a shocking loss, this product allows me to have a more affordable program to offer this audience and a format in which to practice far more effective ways of being with our own and others' losses than what we commonly do in our society. I have something that can actually be offered to different subsets of this audience. I'd love to have access to the people in situations we hear about in the news....my EPM product is something I can offer 1:Few or 1:1 so I could reach out locally and then beyond.
I love having a program to recommend to others that I can literally rave about! EPM offers so much in such a team-like way.
Also, Coach Ed's coaching in EPM was outstanding. I took EPM last year and this year quite honestly to have more of his cross-coaching. The pod was repeatedly commented on the high level of coaching. There was always something innovative in each answer. In EPM he really gives!!!!
