Your GRADUATION Story
I was struggling to bring my clients to THEIR goals, let alone the goals I could see for them, while also running out of hours available to leverage for money. I joined EPM and through the momentum of the group, leapt into creating not only my MVP, but my dream product (for now). I created a club membership which is based around a 12-week curriculum, repeated 3x through the year, to reduce Chronic fatigue and rebalance circadian rhythms through Ayurveda. Everyone who hears about my club loves it, wants it, and some even say they think what I'm doing is fantastic, even though they can't generate the cash to pay right now. I am on my way to selling my first 10 seats, ready for February start.
Your FIRST SALE Story
I presented a talk at a women's healing festival. One of the ladies there was also sharing the same cottage as me. So, we got to know each other a little more - and I think THAT was what made her feel trust for me. This person booked herself into my discovery call immediately after the festival and pretty much sold herself on my program - she had decided she wanted MY type of support and immediately paid her deposit. Her second installment has come through and I'm excited to take her to the next step.
`Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
Previously, I have struggled to get my products 'out there' without some sort of deadline, yet I am frustrated by saying the same thing over and over to my clients. I wasn't finding the time to MAKE the changes I wanted, so how could I really expect my clients to do it? I joined EPM and another program run by one of my gurus, and the financial pressure alone created enough wind under me to fan the flames of the fire burning within to create something better for my clients. I have created a club membership that focuses on succinct, relevant information, practical actions, and integration. Small changes, and big impacts, combined with connection, support, and safety that we all need to uplevel in our noisy, pushy, messy world.
Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
I had made 1 sale and despite many chatterbox conversations, I found myself with 4 women sitting unpaid after asking for my invoice. I was actually unable to make my next payments for the training I'm doing. I decided to present a free webinar on Jan 2nd. This brought in 5 warm audience watchers and 3 asked for a discovery call afterward. 1 is so far paid, another is about to confirm today, and two more will be a clients in future.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
My drive to make this happen and flip the model, alongside realisation of how draining the previous business model was for me.
How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am looking forward to getting to the point of 10 sales, where I'll be able to afford all the apps necessary to get this working smoothly, plus invest in further ease-creating actions (automations and staff) for my business and life.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
That when I'm doubting myself, I'm actually a mover and determined to make my word good (i.e. do what I say I will)
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I can scale back the other aspects of my work and relax into a more easful creative mode for the creation of my curriculum.
