I joined the Experience Product Masterclass and discovered the power of rigorous feedback from an excellent coach and crowd sourcing with really great people. I have started to believe that I can succeed in marketing and sales by first of all reaching out to people that I have met in passing over the years. Once I had refined my product and my message, I picked up the phone and started calling, I started interacting in video chat and now I'm delighted to say I've figured out a problem that I haven't addressed for years- which is simply to reach out in person and ask questions without a final result in mind.
