I was struggling with the confidence to offer my product for sale. One of my followers declined the 1:1 offer and he put a $100 deposit on a group program. I continued to chatterbox and offer my 1:1. When I realized that the group program was not going to happen, I followed up with him. Rather than a refund, we negotiated a "design your own" personalized program with far less work on my part. He decided a once a month support call with me for the next six months @ $100 a session. A sale is a sale is a sale. And I continue to chatterbox. I still have 9 more days to chatterbox and gather three sales to prove my product.
