I was having a challenge with projects failing due to cost overruns of delays and I was not sure what to do to stop getting increased costs. I joined deconstructing construction - strating a project right and realised there was a way to avoid the excalating costs. I implimented a detailed project brief so the design team were able to deliver the facility I really needed.
