I was having a challenge since the beginning of EPM and that was it was difficult for me to shift my mentality from knowing too much about my field, to knowing nothing. Being an experienced trainer and coach for almost 20 years, I am also an experienced course creator, having created more than 60 different courses on personal and professional development. But financially, the level of my success doesn't reflect the value and the passion that I give to my work, and this is really frustrating. So I joined the Experience Product Masterclass to learn the secrets of a successful trainer globally, Marisa, as I also aspire to be. The first thing I learned and really struggled to embrace, was the MVP mindset. Although I signed the copy of my commitment in the relative milestone, deep done inside me I always had fight with myself accepting it. So I realised that I am still a recovering perfectionist, as my wonderful coach Carolyn put it, and not a recovered one as I thought I was. Also, I discovered that it was impossible for me to sell a product before even designing it. This concept really “broke the mould” in my brain for doing things differently, faster, more easily and efficiently. Why on earth did I struggle all these years? I remember I heard this concept before from other trainers, but this time I absorbed it fully, and it is clearly correct. My struggle was that I didn't consider it ethical or reliable to sell a product that I don't yet have ready, but it was just my misconception. So what I did in the end, was to decide to accept fully the process. I never missed any coaching pod, I made questions, I was commenting on Facebook to support other EPMers and had a coaching with Marisa that was really helpful. So just the fact of participating in a supportive environment helped me so much, because it pulled me up everytime I was falling down or behind in my schedule. In the 11 years that I am a business woman I am self taught in everything, which means that I learned most of the things the hard way. Also the fact that EPM had a clear structure to follow, a proven method that I could trust and an amazing coach in front of me that I could follow (Marisa), were the key elements of my mission accomplished, apart from my determination. The depth of knowledge and value that you offered in this programme is unbelievable. So for me this is a life changing experience, that I can never go back after that. It was the push that I needed to finally decide, design and launch a product that I will sell globally. So in 2022 I will finally start my journey as an international trainer and coach, as I always wanted to be. Always grateful to you all.
