"I had no idea what I was getting in to, but EPM was like a 3-month roller coaster ride for me. It took me by the hand, put me in a cart, got in the cart with me and did not let me get out until my program was ready to launch."I started EPM because I felt really stuck in starting up my health coaching business. I had hard time finding clients, mainly because I was not really sure on who I wanted to serve and what I could offer. Also I felt that I could not charge for my services, because I had so little experience. I had no idea what I was getting in to, but EPM was like a 3-month roller coaster ride for me. It took me by the hand, put me in a cart, got in the cart with me and did not let me get out until my program was ready to launch. I had to take a few loops to learn what I exactly wanted to establish with my program. I thought I wanted to solve the problem so many women over 45 struggle with, gaining weight and lacking energy, and doing this by teaching them and letting them experience the benefits of a whole food plantbased diet. But something did not feel good for me and after going through the loop (or rather: the modules) again I realized that I really wanted to share my passion for plantbased eating and let people experience how good this makes you feel. To show that it is the best way to lose weight and feel happy in your body. Realizing this I did not even have to change my program but it really shifted the way I felt about promoting my program. Sharing my passion and telling people what it can do for them feels much more natural then asking for their problems and telling I can maybe solve them. I needed the 12 weeks of EPM to get to this point and have not sold my program yet, but I am running a shorter, cheaper Plantbased Experience. Not a program, more like a challenge but it would not have been made if it was not for what I learned in EPM. What I have learned in this program already is huge and I still have 2 modules and a few bonus programs to go. I am not ready yet, but I could never had imagined before I started the point where I am now. I have a program with a good name, a mission and a birds eye view. I am building my audience and have a plan ready to launch my program. I have no doubt that I will find the people who are looking for a program like this. And I know I will keep the momentum going!
