The nanny industry is booming but not necessarily in a good way. I am constantly seeing and hearing of young women (especially) having problems with negotiating fair and legal arrangements with the families that they work for. I joined EPM to help me gain focus on developing a course for babysitters and nannies to build on their knowledge and confidence so that they present professionally and are well placed to negotiate fair and legal arrangements that serve them. I learnt that I have so much knowledge on this topic! After 20 years of building industry knowledge, there is so much 'usefulness' and value in what I know. So I put it out there in my course "Elevate YOur Nanny Career in 6 weeks" and I have had so many people come forward and tell me how much it is needed and how much they would have valued such a course when they were just starting out. I sold one course straight off the bat but have had trouble getting the people who I know would benefit most from taking the leap!
