EPM also helped focus my attention on the most important activities and actions of doing so."I was overwhelmed with trying to get my interviewing software out the door. Way, way, way too much to do for one person and had spent literally years trying to do so. Instead I decided to put my software on the backburner and focus on getting my first online course (MVP) into the market. In other words, instead of a product release schedule of software > book > course, I changed the order to course > book > software. I then joined EPM which greatly helped me get an over-all perspective of what it takes to just release a digital course by itself. EPM also helped focus my attention on the most important activities and actions of doing so. The process incidently has given me more direct and targeted ideas for functionality in my software which will align perfectly with my course and eventual book. I have not yet (as of January 31, 2022) released my course, but am VERY much on target to at least go into a beta version by March 1, 2022 thanks to all I learned in EPM.
