"As a result of keeping the momentum, I launched, reiterated and launched again. I got more confident and learnt there are key questions to use to engage a customer 1-1 and if has helped me to get more engagement and sign up 4 phone calls. I am so grateful"My sister and I were having a challenge in helping parents understand how we could help. It resulted in less sales and engagement from parents. It was demotivating even though we knew our service of supporting parents during the challenges in their children’s early childhood years was important. After joining EPM, we realized we needed to get more specific on the challenge and how to use the words of our clients to make it more relevant to them for more engagement. We did the give them what you want survey and now we are more clear and confident on one critical aspect we help with which is toddler tantrums, toddler not listening and toddler discipline. As a result, we got more feedback as we tailored our content to parents with toddlers and I can see us building different courses/1-1 experiences with this knowledge. We were able to gain some momentum and now understand how to get specific!
I was having a hard time finding time to do the work in epm and our business while dealing with life. At some moments I felt overwhelmed or experienced breakdown moments. With the support and encouragement of the team as well as seeing other Epmers getting success, I kept going. I discovered that I need to make consistent time for my business to implement and chatterbox so the business can grow. I learnt that nothing needs to be perfect and we can keep reiterating our way to awesome with an MVP mindset. It has been very helpful to think with an mvp mindset and I know I will accomplish more goals in the near future. As a result of keeping the momentum, I launched, reiterated and launched again. I got more confident. I also learnt there are key questions to use to engage a customer 1-1 and if has helped me to get more engagement and sign up 4 phone calls. I am so grateful.
