What I appreciate most is that I now have a process I can duplicate that has clear steps"I wanted to learn a proven process for creating and marketing a group coaching/training program that would attract our ideal clients and be at the right price point for those who really want business coaching but can't afford our 1:1 coaching programs. I wanted an entry level program that could help more people and be affordable for almost anyone. I have never sold a program before creating it but trusted the process. I found Marisa's experience and system to be impressive and credible so I surrendered and just did it. That felt weird at first but ended up being so liberating. And, now that is the only way I will ever create a course again because getting feedback first on what they need saved me so much work that didn't pay off. This time it paid off quickly and was a lot less work, easier, and more fun. Early on, I committed to stay on track and not get behind. That was a challenge because right when the course began I got a nasty flu that wiped me out for a couple of weeks. But, I was determined and got caught up and stayed on track after that. The thing that surprised me was towards the end of the EPM process, I didn't end up using a lot of what I had entered in the Milestones Document. But, that process and content helped me excavate the right course that was under all those ideas. And, it was a winner that hit the mark on the bullseye for our target market. When I started my Chatterbox campaign and really marketing the course, before it was even created, I had it sold out in a matter of a couple of weeks. I completed all 3 of the basic modules and keep meaning to move onto modules 4-6 but haven't gotten to them yet because I have been busy running the program I sold out on. Now, we are about to revamp another 1:few coaching program for another niche of ours using the EPM process. It is now our roadmap for creating or refining our group coaching programs. My next step is to review the remaining advanced modules to learn more about marketing. I filled this course completely with a Chatterbox campaign and one speaking gig. The whole EPM process gave me a blueprint for how to plan programs out in the future that I can use over and over again. I love that!!! Thank you, Marisa, Coach Matthew and the rest of the team for helping me find a crucial puzzle piece to take my coaching business to the next level. What's next is that we want to scale the 1:few program to 1:many. We will iterate our way to awesome by refining this course the rest of this year to scale it for next year. We plan on running this new program once a quarter. It is the first paid program in our funnel for new clients who want to work with us. Now onto the next course to create for our other niche.
