At the beginning of COVID, I lost almost all of my private clients. Although I built my private practice back up, I was still struggling to launch and fill a group program. In fact, I hadn’t filled one in years. I felt hopeless that I had only a tiny email list and little engagement on Facebook. I joined EPM committed to making this MY year to grow my business. One week into the program, I broke my right wrist and had surgery followed by months of OT. I couldn’t write or type at all — or therefore work, for about a month. I recommitted. I kept watching the trainings and all of the calls: Mondays with Marisa, Wednesdays with my coach, and the Get It Done Fridays. Two months into the program, my father passed away unexpectedly. I stayed committed to the program and myself, forcing myself to stick to the MVP track, instead of attempting the Supercharge track as I would normally. And it was a little like magic. With Marisa’s training and my coach’s help, I learned how to craft a very detailed mission statement that my potential clients could identify with immediately. I’d never felt clearer in my offerings. People were responding simply from the title of the program. I felt more confident than ever. I followed the program and made a detailed list of all of my potential Chatterbox contacts and diligently reached out even when I was uncomfortable. My message was so clear, I booked calls from very short emails, posts in groups of people I didn’t know, and my own clients and contacts. As of today, the last day of EPM, I’ve surpassed my minimum and target goals, and am one participant away from my stretch goal of 10 amazing women for my group program that starts in two days. (I’m hopeful I’ll reach my goal!) I trusted Marisa, my coach, myself, and the universe. It was the easiest launch I’ve ever done. Not only did almost every participant sign up on the discovery calls and pay in full, I’ve had my first ever 10K+ month!
