When I first got the idea of creating a course with fermented foods, I was excited. The problem is that I have no experience in creating a course, and also no qualifications in food. I joined EPM because I know that as long as I followed the steps, and do the work, I will have a paper plane version at a minimum. It was difficult at the beginning as I have a lot of inertia due to me feeling like I lack credibility. I slowly discovered / uncovered a lot of the stories that helped me to keep moving forward. I have launched a beta test version of my product. Since I don't have a customer base, I have targeted the chatterbox conversations to people I have worked with before. The response I got was that they know I am very passionate about this subject, and confident that I will deliver what I promised and said yes.
