My name is Giselle Chapman (recently renamed by my clients ""Vitamin G"" as they love the energy I bring into their experience); I am a Peak Performance & Culture Coach for CEOs and their leadership teams. I have been fortunate to do what I love for the last 15 years, and have brought in a 6 figure income for several years now. The challenge for me has been that I have gotten into the bad habit of having ""too many eggs in one basket"" from a revenue stand point and traditionally have worked with a couple of big clients a year. In 2020, my poor choice of not diversifying revenue streams was amplified when my largest client sold their business. I am proud to have been a part of them growing from ~ $10 million to greater than$100 million in our 8 year journey together. Right after the sale of their business, I was fortunate that my friend Ennie Gonzaga (also in EPM) introduced me to Marisa and EPM. Marisa's and Coach Paul's coaching has been fantastic in giving me the tangible tools, confidence, and action steps to see how I can rebuild my pipeline, diversify my business now, and earn while I learn.
Chatterboxing was the tool that resonated with me most and has allowed me to start earn money in my first 6 weeks of EPM and hit Mission Accomplished. My first chatterbox conversation that lead to a sale was with a CEO that I had worked with in the past, and he purchased coaching for himself and 3 others (this was $26K sale - 3 times my stretch goal for EPM). The next chatterbox conversation that was a fruitful utilized the same formula and on New Years Day my 5th EPM client committed to 1:1 coaching @ $6500 which brought my EPM total to $32,500 . Chatterboxing is my new secret weapon!
Success is a team sport, both in EPM and in life! I got stuck many times along the way in my EPM journey, and I am grateful that Marisa anticipated that would happen. The road blocks were cleared by the amazing guidance of Coach Paul and weekly Laser Coaching with Marisa. Removing the obstacles allowed me to make progress. It did take me a few weeks to learn the best way to ask for help in resolving my challenges; EPM has many resources to communicate including emailing Coach Paul, asking questions in the milestone document, and asking the question in my weekly Pod meetings.
I have learned a tremendous amount from Coach Paul in the areas of deepening my understanding of the experience product process, how to keep iterating to awesome, and stay in dialogue with my prospects! In a laser coaching session with Marisa my thinking was up leveled on my clarifying question, mission statement and future identity. I am also grateful to my pod members who asked great questions during Wisdom Wednesday sessions to provide sidecar coaching for me. This was invaluable and something I looked forward to each week!
