"EPM has definitely kickstarted my journey into the solopreneurship arena!"#GRADUATION I am happy and relieved to be able to hit the graduation button but I will confess to feeling disappointed in not having reached mission accomplished. That being said, I have learned so much and really enjoyed the journey of EPM, the brilliant trainings by Marisa, incredible support of the coaches and in particular my coach #Uwe of #poduwe who voluntarily went beyond the call of duty to help me with a couple of private coaching calls when I hit some major road blocks. I have learned so much about marketing and consumer psychology, but now I realised that I have only scratched the surface and there is so much more to learn. I have learned a lot about myself with recognising fears and resistance to the concept of having to sell my programme, which led to some degree of avoidance and procrastination when it came to getting serious about marketing.
I was definitely that person who wanted to keep writing more email campaigns and spend time planning marketing as opposed to actually doing it. That being said, I did make a marketing video but in hindsight that needed to be part of a more strategic funnel type campaign which is too advanced for me right now.
I am grateful for the support of colleagues in the fb group and in particular, for the opportunity to meet Kellee Waters, who is very much on the same page and in the same position as me, with both of us doing weight loss coaching but from different angles ( I’m a doctor, Kellee is a psychologist). Also special thanks to Hichem Refes from my pod who took the time to give me some pointers about marketing via LinkedIn.
