"EPM's training are very comprehensive and yet specific in its content and directions. You seem to have identified every question that I have had in the past and laid out the answers for how to pursue my dreams. "I changed my focus for EPM after the Thanksgiving break to the CQ Coaching experience because I believed it was closer to my heart as to what I truly want to do now. After spending over 40 years in sales, from securities to banking to sales training and coaching, I originally felt the logical and safe choice of products would be something in sales. However, given where we are in society now and the fact that I have trained and worked in Cultural Intelligence (CQ) since 2014, the CQ Coaching experience is most important to me and it is what I strongly believe I should do for EPM. Now that I have focused on this choice, I am even more sure that this path is correct and, as a result, I am willing to step out of my comfort zone and make this work. Thus my graduation from EPM is complete. Although, I didn't make MA, I am excited about this choice and ever more prepared to make it see it to success. This EPM experience has been the best training and preparation I have ever taken. And I can say that with a high level of confidence inI have take more courses and trainings than I thought I ever would have. Thanks for the experience! I have been truly transformed from someone who was not sure as to what to do and how to pursue it into a highly confident contributor who is on the path to helping others improve their lives and witness the success of my company.
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
To be honest, the biggest takeaway from EPM has been the confidence I have gained to move forward. The tools and ideas of EPM have been tremendous, but I now have the confidence that using EPM's tools will lead me to the success goals that are important to me.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am now clear and confident on what I should offer first in my my business and I am ready and equipped with all of the tools to move forward. I now know that once I have conquered this first step, I will have learned and mastered a plan for success for future products and ideas.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I now now what I want to pursue and I have a specific, detailed plan on how to pursue it to success. I now am confident of this path and have identified the exact steps to make it happen. Prior to EPM, I was chasing shiny objects and hesitant to make a move because I wasn't quite sure what to do and how to make it happen.
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I am now marketing the CQ Coaching experience through Chatterbox discussions, "Give them what they want" surveys and FB and YouTube marketing. None of this would have been possible prior to EPM.
