2020 • Lean Methods Applied in Productivity

On the tail end of the meeting my wife and I had with our Accounting firm, we discussed challenges that the Principal of the firm was experiencing. The conversation led easily into the benefits provided by my program. An interest was sparked with this Accounting firm, which was followed by a deeper conversation with the Principal of the firm and his accountant (his wife). Discussing the demands on his time that detracted from his ability to focus on the more complex issues that were in his sweet spot, we determined that he and the three people in the firm were in need of what my program had to offer. Overcoming a few objections from he and his wife, I was able to convince him to commit to my program. That program is underway as of this writing and scheduled to complete by mid March. The Principal of the firm has also indicated a couple of his clients can benefit from this same or similar program and he would promote our services to them once our program with his firm is completed.
