"At the start of lockdown in March 2020, I had to give videoconference training on “disabling fatigue” for 2 consecutive days to health professionals working in rehabilitation. I didn’t understand why I was so tired at the end of the day. I shared my findings with people around me. Many also complained of fatigue and reduced productivity working all day in front of the screen. I wanted to find concrete solutions to this phenomenon. There are so many people today who have to adapt to telecommuting due to the world challenges we are all going through. Since I had overcome crippling fatigue, prior in my life, which made me bedridden much of the day for over 2 years before I could get rid of it, I decided to create The energy Spark FORMULA™. As a retirement plan, I want to contribute to the lives of many using my personal life expereince in these very challenging and transitional times on our planet. I wanted to teach to many. And I was looking for a medium that would use positive reinforcement and I found Xperiencify. Now I just need to learn how to market my product better to reach business owners so they can improve their staff's productivity and energy level when working at home in fornt of their computer. This will translate in more job and personal time statisfaction, more motivation and a feeling of freedom and empowerment in people.
