I didn't think I'd make it at all, as I landed a huge executive level work assignment which took over my life half way through EPM! However, doing EPM has been the BEST course I've EVER done without a shadow of a doubt. I'm using my learning every day and whilst I've had to amend my offer from a group online course and coaching program to a more flexible 121 programme to work around my two year interim assignment commitments, I'm really excited about putting my new found skills to great use and building a business that I can be truly proud of! How did EPM help you become successful?
All of the above - it enabled me to focus on the step by step actions to create a product to be proud of. There is SO much information at times it was overwhelming, but it's great to be able to refer back to it all.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It's given me the confidence to take action and just do it!
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I've switched my business model completely. I'm a change consultant and strategic HR consultant and now I've switched to coaching HR professionals seeking to move out of employment. I've had some great testimonials and I know I've found my niche! I have put myself 'out there' and outsourced some of the legwork to a VA who is my rock! And I'm thinking about marketing and selling in a whole new way! I'm also changing the way I charge - previously it was only for my time, whereas it's now more about the value I'm giving to someone's own transformation. In fact, my coachees have all said I should double my prices which is confidence-inspiring indeed.
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I have a plan and the foundations to grow a 7 figure business.
