2020 • A Calling to Contribute: Refocus, Repurpose & Rewire in Retirement

I joined EPM trusting if I followed the process I would have a new viable course up and selling in the 3 months. That was 'winning' for me. To the end of playing to win with Mission Accomplished, I should have marketed even one coaching session or upgraded an existing course and thus spent more time on marketing instead of on course development and the larger context of a shifting business model and target audience. Still, I was able to flesh out a streamlined business model that I'll refine at LYM Live. When I have clarity and conviction I should be able to market with confidence, if I know how and have the right tech set up and platform. I've been bumbling my way through this larger context even while working on the one course (which is not my signature work, just a piece of it.)

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Iterate to awesome & 'for now' progress (otherwise I get stuck in analysis paralysis). Otherwise, just experiencing Marisa in action working her magic with such focus and grace was a thrill.

How did EPM help you become successful?
By designing a streamlined business model and nearly completing one course within it (or by at least selecting the elements that I now need to fit together ) that allows me to operate in a new topic area and with a new primary audience. I will refine this at LYM LIVE.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It's been a constant reminder I need to 'get real' about an online business, which I have been resisting (and still am, on a sub-conscious level.)

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Designing a streamlined business model around a new target market and topic (which I now need to piece together and make operational).

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I have a model course near completion (ready to deliver live), and a platform on which to build a customer journey with a range of products and services (coaching)- encouraging me to completion.
