2020 • Empowered Parent Advocate Bootcamp

I used EPM to uplevel a course I had previously developed. I loved the EPM experience and got a lot out of the marketing section. I love the focus on framework, and the systematic steps to product creation. However, something was off in my marketing campaign and even though I offered this new course to a LOT more people, I only had one current client sign up. I feel really disappointed to not get to mission accomplished by the deadline, as I thought I had implemented all the steps. And I don't qualify for the guarantee because I missed the last milestone. I'm going to keep going, because I know this is something my niche needs. I just haven't figured out the right approach.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
That it's better to go through this process with a tribe or some kind of community.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I'm defining success here as graduating: the aspects of experiencifying ...the point system, the future self, the bird's eye view, the building momentum, the celebrations. . . .all contributed to me staying engaged with the course and seeing it through even when I got stuck.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
New course name; applying the concept of a specific, achievable mission; applying the experiencify formula to make the course more engaging, and thinking differently about marketing.
