I'd invested a ton of money in marketing, sales, and coaching and the end result was extreme frustration and no clients. I was networking as much as time allowed, spending a ton of time creating Social Media posts, lead magnets, and still didn't have a system that worked to bring in clients consistently. I was feeling depleted, burnt out, and felt like I'd tried everything. I knew, working harder was not getting results, I didn't know what else to do. EPM made sure that I had my niche dialed in. After being in business for 7 years, this was the one area, I struggled deeply with and was embarrassed at not being able to figure it out. I'm a great coach and knew I could help a lot of different people - what I didn't know was that this was not helping me or my business. Working with Coach Debra and going through the EPM milestones, I finally discovered my niche. This allowed my marketing, sales to flow with ease and my stress levels to diminish. I felt confident and at ease in describing what I did. I used to hate it when people asked what I did because I never felt like I got my message across that clearly described what I did. Fast forward to now, I've set up Xperiencify I have two clients that I love working with and after only two sessions they are having amazing results. The biggest gifts EPM gave me were; clarifying my niche and allowing me to earn while I learn. This gave me the skills to release perfectionism and embrace helping others. It allowed me to gather data and experience insights that will help me to shift and change my course to help coaches get clients. Left to my own devices, I'd still be working harder and getting very little results for my efforts. I love the support, education, and results from EPM gave me and most of all I'm forever grateful for the POD I now have and the results they are getting, I'm so proud of them.
