During the past couple of years, I had lost interest in developing my ADHD Coaching business due to a severe car accident 10 years ago. Before the accident, I had started brainstorming ideas for an online course for adults with ADHD.
I had a lot of great ideas and hoped, that I would be able to create the online course. I've attended numerous course creation programs without having anything to show for.
Every time I would find myself overwhelmed by too much information and no clarity, resulting in a lack of motivation to getting anything done.

I made a pact with myself and signed up for EPM. Knowing that if I did the necessary work, but didn't reach Mission Accomplished, I could apply for the guaranteed refund.
The pact I made with myself was, that if I didn't manage to reach Mission Accomplished, I would retire the idea of ever creating and offering online programs in the future. I was so clear in my decision, that I asked a couple of my best friends to hold me accountable not to sign up for any other course creation program, if fI failed with EPM.
Being part of EPM has been mindblowing, exciting, overwhelming, fun, discouraging, awesome, frustrating, transformational, exhausting, clarifying, etc. The list goes on.
What has been helpful for me, has been giving myself permission to go through EPM at my own pace and not necessarily follow the path from A to Z, but taking breaks and binge watching the videos at different times.
I didn't make it a priority to reach Mission Accomplished by the end of EPM. Whenever I would begin to feel overwhelmed, I would take my dog, Riley, for a long walk to clear and better organize my thoughts. He's been a true lifesaver!
What I have learned and experienced during EPM has been invaluable. It has helped me to become very clear about the challenges and missing pieces, that has prevented me from creating online programs in the past. The same challenges and missing pieces that often times get in the way for people with ADHD to accomplish what they really want to achieve in their lives.
Knowing how to bypass the challenges and missing pieces will definitely benefit future students in my ADHD Superhero Masterclass.
Today, I feel really ecstatic! I've managed to pull through and hit the Mission Accomplished botton!
