I was having trouble getting my membership site to take off. I wasn't sure why it wasn't working or what I was missing. I joined Experience Product Masterclass and realized I was missing the completion part. I had a library of great content but the members could go in any order and it was information, not transformation. I reset my thinking and focused on a single online course with my membership content as a bonus for joining. The first two realtors (target market for this course) I talked to jumped at the opportunity. One even paid for her business partners to take it as well. I had 4 sales in 2 conversations. While it's been slower keeping that momentum going, everything I've learned in EPM has set me up to modify and make adjustments so I can get even more students, earn more money, and help more people.

"I believe I sent it but...
I was struggling to define & refine my course idea and getting interest but not enough enthusiasm.
I was feeling like it was a hopeless cause. That my idea was off-base and I would never be able to put into the right words to get people excited to buy. Or for that matter, to word it so I could give someone a concise and clear idea about what I might do to help them. I was seriously thinking of giving up and looking for a different idea altogether.
Then I joined EPM and wow! With superior teaching and laser focused coaching I was able to make a very slight 12° pivot and my life literally changed in 20 minutes! I went from zero to 7 clients by doing just one simple thing!
To be totally honest that one simple thing did come after I had worked diligently on all the step by step modules from Marisa, and applying lessons learned from my coach and our tech coaches, and reworking and refining my verbiage until I could feel it lock into place in my heart. And that meant I found my calling. Then I did that one little thing & "

"I had been developing my course in technical writing for engineers for more than a year. Each of my beta tests was a success, but I had trouble developing an over-arching framework. Because I had been working on my course for so long, EPM’s actual course development was easy for me. The program had two major benefits: 1.) EPM guided me to build the framework for my course, taking me from tiny decision to tiny decision until I had completed my business foundation without really realizing it. 2.) EPM’s one-on-one coaching and support were the key factor in reaching my goal. The milestone check-ins are brilliant – I had the chance to ask Emily any questions I had and get reassurance when I had those “How am I doin’, Coach?” moments. The weekly group coaching sessions were great because the variety of questions was vast – I didn’t miss a session. And the Get It Done Fridays provided information that I know I will go back to again and again. Emily and Matthew made the technical stuff accessible even for the technically immature. It’s great to have the tips, tricks and links ready for when I need them. And Emily’s generosity with providing templates was amazing. By using her templates, we could spend time building our course rather than building our templates.

"I was creating courses, but I was unsure on how to implement it, I got stuck in paralysis. I joined the EPM program and I changed my mindset to the MVP, I did not have to have the entire program completed, I learned that with a simple marketing technique, ie chatterboxing I could reach out the customers. I chat and able to confidently schedule a conversation, and submitted a proposal for approximately $20K.

"It seems that I usually have a hard time finishing a course all the way to the end. Especially if it challenges my abilities and confidence. I joined EPM because I saw the huge value in creating an experience for my own students and I wanted to learn the best way to do that.

What really helped is that the lessons are broken down into small, doable steps. I liked checking the boxes when I completed each step and, of course, getting the Xperience points was super fun and rewarding. This propelled me to the finish line of completing the courses and graduating!"

I had a product in mind but i just didn't know how to frame it, and i wasn't sure how to put it out there. I joined EPM and I discovered that my product was better than I thought, after framing it into an EXPERIENCE product with an MVP mindset. I went thru all the modules and I create my EXPERIENCE product better than I imagined.

Didn't know what market to go in, and i felt overwhelmed. Went into epm, and went through the process. I decided the niche i picked isn't for me, but now i feel i have a narrow path i can follow if and when i figure out a niche to go into, without having to read new material from other people. So i shut out the noise and its a big plus.

"I was having issues finding a way to best express the knowledge that saved me from neck and low back injuries, that I unwittingly ignored for 3 years. I wasn’t clear on who to share it with except that it was kids. (After my first market of Ironworkers and construction industry professionals proved fruitless.)

I joined EPM and through THAT process,
Learned so much about who and how to connect with my message with Authentic Awesomness!

My results, as of this writing, are monetarily nil (due to my book being published and all that included, and bad timing of my launched program during Christmas Break,) but my clarity and confidence make me feel like a mil!"

I kept saying I wanted to turn my existing leadership group coaching program into an online product that could run without me, but I kept procrastinating on it. I joined EPM in order to get it done in a way that I could feel proud of and excited about. I finally got the design done, undertook a research survey and launched the program as an experience product using some of the insights from the survey.
