I've been toiling at my craft for more than 12 years, as a Chinese medicine practitioner. I have always worked 1:1, but trying to define a niche that could translate online. Its a challenge to do acupuncture remotely! At first, I wanted to offer a weight-loss program online, but judging by my competition, I felt intimidated. I honestly felt stuck. Each week I would listen into my pod calls, and did not feel like I could contribute. I felt lost, and because of COVID, my patient load dropped off again. Feeling so much self doubt, I considered just getting a job, and looked up remote job listings with dread and defeat. Then I got COVID. All my holiday plans had to be cancelled. I quarantined with my boyfriend for 10 days. Recovery was not easy, but I had my herbal training, and at least was able to keep us away from the hospital. Its still a challenge to concentrate. But many years of practice, has helped me retain clients. One of my patients, ever so grateful to be free from hot flashes, came back when they started up again after missing treatment for a month. Viola, I realized my superpower, alleviating menopausal symptoms. Most women will experience menopause, and may not realize there are safe and effective ways to transition without suffering. More importantly, I want to help women celebrate these years. I'm starting over, and have to review the EPM classes, but I am more confident about this new direction. This msy hsve helped me attract my ideal client, just last week.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
Aligning myself with my calling, is helping me regain confidence. I am excited to realign my efforts, knowing there is a large motivated audience.

COVID had really set me back. I hoped to be further along in this, but I also needed to set foot in a direction that is right for me. I see there is still a lot to learn about online marketing. And I appreciate the fun and supportive atmosphere EPM has created. I hope there are affordable opportunities to stay involved.
Your GRADUATION Story
I was having a challenge to find a way to focus my skills and offering that could help writers, I wasn’t sure what to do - I was spinning my wheels and about to give up. I joined EPM and It helped me focus and prioritize and form a new mindset that it is about what I can bring to the table that is more than just the skills. I followed the order of the sessions, I gave myself time to reflect and pivot when needed and I got to GRADUATION with an offer I'm pretty proud of.
I have enrolled in SO many coaching mentors programs to launch my Christian Aerobics Product OFF the ground. The ups and downs of the process over so many years has been "hellific!". Marisa captured my heart in such a compelling way, even though I faught the process tooth and nail from the beginning, determined to percist in my "failurific" patterns. My biggest challenge was bing in the health care field and having to care for others when I could barely care for myself to do what needed to be done. As I gained clarity in my experience product (so very many were in the hopper), and use the gamification process I saw myself gaining confidence in the process and even myself. My individualized coach was also paramount in "egging" my scrambled brain along. As a result, I challenged myself with my "marginal" and incremental successes to move forward in new patterns that were unbelievable, even to me. I felt as though the entrepreneur spirit was finally on the verge of emerging full force, so that I could, one day, actually get my "angel" wings for others to benefit from. I still have lots of growth and development to go through, but know that will all of the wealth of life-time information and insights available on line with the MasterClass program, I will be well guided and propelled to the success awaiting my incumbant future! I was having a challenge in organizing my expertise to be a paid product, I wasn’t sure what to do systematically. I joined EPM and it was good having bite-size steps to move forward. I got clarity and was able to graduate and finish modules 1-3.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was overwhelmed, I wasn’t sure what to do to start. I joined EPM and I learned I could start with a paper-plane version/minimum viable product and work my way to awesome. I did and I am now on my way to making my dream come true.
I've wanted to launch a group training program for quite a long time, but wasn't sure where to get started. I joined EPM and got the structure and accountability to actually create a product. I now know what I need to do to create and launch a group training program.
I launched a course in 2020 which has been performing really poorly - a few sales trickled in and completion rates were abysmal. I joined EPM because I wanted to create a better, premium course that people would complete and love and tell their friends about. After 12 weeks, I started to see what a premium course looks like and so my program "QUESTEXCELLENCE: The OKR Masterclass for Manager" was forged with: 1) a clear niche: Managers who want to build high performing and engaged teams that consistently transform vision and strategy into excellence. 2) a clear mission statement: design and deploy an OKR-based strategy execution system in 12 weeks and build a reputation for themselves as the gal/guy the company goes to for "Mission Impossible" assignments. 3) a proprietary system - Questexcellence. 4) high impact onboarding sequence. My biggest win in this program has been my coach Melanie Gow. Her coaching has been priceless and even at this moment when I feel self-doubt, I just go back to the comments she made in the tracking doc and I rekindle my inner fire. I have a clear path with specific steps to getting it right and I feel confident that this will work ... for now Chatterboxing is the hill I die on ;-)
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I need to fight my inner urge to focus on the product rather than on the marketing.

"I am an early (self) retired family office wealth specialist and finance executive with a speciality of helping wealthy families create succesful multigenerational wealth plans. After leaving the corporate world, I reflected that most of the insights I applied and guided my previous clients on, are insights and principles which can be applied by disciplined savers wanting to leave meanigful financial legacy for multiple generations of their families.
However, I was having this challenge of family, friend and past clients (falling within this disclipled saver profile) constantly asking for my guidance whenever they got advise from their financial advisors, which lead to me providing mentoring and guidance services on how to create strategies, together with their families, financial and legal advisors, which safeguard successful multi-generational wealth transfer through blueprint plans mostly for free!
I joined EPM so that I can move this guidance and mentoring, that I was providing mostly for free, to being a service which my clients should pay for and which equips them with the tools and foundations necessary for them to have a multigenerational wealth blueprint within 12 weeks. I realized that by not charging my friends, family and past clients for these blueprints, I was robbing myself (and my business of the revenue), and quantifying the extent of this issue was an eye opener for me!!!

My husband and I went on holiday for a cousin's 50th a few weeks back with 10 other couples and 5 single friends. On one of the nights we were talking about what we each do. I shared my professional experience and whats been keeping me busy since self retirement with the party asked the party to please assist me by filling in a survey which I had set up to test the value offering. After they completed the survey and hearing my mission statement 6 couples and 2 of the single friends asked if they could be my clients!! And they didnt even blink at the cost!!

I had expected to just crystalize my MVP and get at least 1-3 clients; what happened has been mindblowing for me..
"For several months up until October, I would ask myself every day ""am I working on the right things?"", and realized I didn't know, which basically means no. I was already enrolled in a very expensive coaching and facilitation program and had promised myself I wouldn't enroll in any further courses until I started earning some money, as I had retired my first career 10 months prior to focus fully on launching this one. After having taken 4 different courses on defining niche/audience etc., I still didn't have those basics in place, and had no idea how to write messaging. So I went searching and found Eben who immediately earned my trust, and with incredibly serendipitous timing, he introduced me to EPM just a couple weeks later. I almost missed enrollment, however my roommate had it playing, and even though I walked into the room more than halfway through, I didn't even hesitate to sign up - it was just a knowing. Using a survey early on in my process showed me immediately that people wanted what I have. It also showed ME I have what they want! BY the end of EPM my online hybrid training was up and running and I went from $0-$25,000 I simply went for it! And people are asking about my next training.
I've been in search of a way to go from enthusiasm to action. Alone I was developing a habit of excitedly beginning and not following through because I didn't really know where to begin. I was getting pretty down because although my ideas and spirit were bubbling over I had too many directions and started getting really confused about what direction to take. I finally invested in myself with both time and money to take a leap and learn from a master through the EPM program. I learned that the process can be simple when you stop being a perfectionist, believe you actually have something others need to learn from you and you have a simple step by step blueprint that makes sense and takes you from one step to the next seamlessly. Not just that but the learning is modeled for you so that you can quickly realize how motivating the system EPM gives you works. Because it worked for me. Chipping away at my goals became simple and fun. I utilized coaching, assignments, deadlines and that all important motivating kaching to keep me plugging along. I was able to easily complete the course and launch my first EPM product but I really gained so much more. I feel confident I can now launch any future project I desire. I feel sure that I now have tools to repeat and refine what I can bring to people who need exactly my guidance and a great way to present it to them.
