Your GRADUATION Story
I was having less clarity on how best to serve my clients, I wasn’t sure what exact steps would give them the results they were seeking. I had run two versions of my program before with mixed results. Why was I unable to help all my clients consistently was something that bothered me a lot. I joined EPM and learned the tools of clarifying my program structure in terms of features and benefits, so the client doesn't get overwhelmed but knows exactly what to expect in each session. This was both a release and an empowering moment because, as a coach, I realized, there's only so much I can do. The onus for creating the shift lies with the client. I have now set up daily monitoring tools via whatsapp and am happy with the client participation I'm getting.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
Clarity, I prepare a structure but don't hesitate to tweak it.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am considered an authority or expert by those in my tribe :) That is a huge confidence booster. Made it worth the while - spending all those hours studying.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Confidence to build a product.

When I came into this programme I was already in the middle of launching my first online course, however I joined Marisa's challenge and experienced something different and so I wanted to create the same feeling for my students.So despite working almost a year on my own platform and developing content for my course , I decided to start over and do it Marisa's way. In going through EPM I realised that my course didn't have clear targets or goals for my students to achieve and that is was just alot of good content eclipsing what their true outcome should be for my studnets. And it was then I realised that the reason I took over a year developing this course was because I was having a challenge streamlining my process as it relates to the flow of my modules and how much content I should put ineach module. I was getting stuck on what the final product should look like and what the price point should be.When I joined EPM it changed everything plus I got so much more. I was able to re-create my signature system within 3 days which broke up one course into 4 different courses each with a clear mission that my students can work towards.This did two things it allowed me to now create 4 products, that I feel confident my students would complete and not get overwhelmed with information overload and quit before the end. Secondly, based on this clarity I was also able to using the price strategy, price my products at a price point accesible to my audience with enough room for profit for myself without feeling like I was giving away too much. As a result I was able to create a course that I am proud of, that is solving a problem for my audience in an engaging manner and which generated an income for me for the first time in over a year.

Your GRADUATION Story
I am working with clients 1 on 1 for a long time but I never had the confidence to crate any specific program for them and sell it at a higher price. Initially, in EPM my goal was to sell online courses on the same topic. I joined EPM just 2 months ago and learned that I have to start from the basic and beta versions of my course because before the jet version (online course). I start focussing on my 1 on 1 conversations with current clients who can be an ideal fit for my beta version. This client has already worked with me, 6 sessions and we had a good connection. I knew she is ready to transform. I talk about my new program with her which will be customized as per her needs as well. She right away agreed and expressed interest in my beta program. However, she did not communicate after that. I discussed her case with the coach who advised me to reach out to her and talk strategically addressing her fears, doubts, any questions. It worked. She told me that she is put on disability recently, has an international wedding coming up this month and Christmas already is the most expensive month of the year. She requested instalments which i had not offered in my original offer. I agreed to monthly payments of the same amount. She sounded relaxed and happy. She has said she is going to confirm with me tomorrow after discussing it with her husband tonight. I am quite sure her answer will be positive because I addressed all of her doubts and she is committed as well.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
Be strategic (talk, marketing)

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I believe I will be able to reach out to my soul tribe who are in pain. I believe they will recognize and trust me to pay the amount i deserve.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Still learning. Always learning. I learned to make my foundation strong before flying high.

Ready to spread my wings for my target audience.

I was having a problem creating an online course. I was concerned that I would spend a lot of money, time, and energy creating and advertising a course that no one would buy. I joined MVP and realized that I could create a course, without expending an excessive amount of money, time, and energy. I now have the tools needed to create a minimum viable product.

I was having a problem of connecting one to one via chatterbox conversations and was frustrated that I had to keep repeating my sales pitch to those interested. I wasn’t sure what to do to convince people that I had a product that would help them manage their weight effortlessly. I joined CYC and learnt how using a Bird's Eye View would help fence-sitting potential clients to make a decision to join the program. I conducted a webinar with 35 attendees. Over 10 joined for my masterclass which the pre-course to the MVP. Of these, seven went on to join my MVP course. So yes, Marisa, your system works!!!

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story

I doubled my charges for this version of MVP but still didn't feel confident about charging 500$ per client. So this version my charges were roughly 310$ per client. Which gives me a total of 2170$ for my MVP after I signed up for EPM. This meant I had brought in a 1000$ more than my MVP's first iteration. I'm looking forward to grow my belief in my product and being confident of charging higher in the next version.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change has been in setting up a structure.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM has helped me grow in confidence. I am more believing in myself.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Growing my business. Doubling my income from the first version.

Charging more because my program is more structured.

Your FIRST SALE Story
this cl paid after 4 days of verbal commitment. She might be busy due to weekend. Even at the time of payment she texted me couple of times because she had some other number in her head. I had to text whole maths to her.

At first it seemed overwhelming to develop a course. As I worked step by step my mission became clearer. I got derailed when I felt like I made a mistake doing a bonus course on finding your intuitive customer. I did not feel well and sensed it was not aligned with my faith and beliefs. I decided to keep going and work through my thoughts and get support from my faith community. I listened to a Wednesday pod call and Mondays with Marisa and realized that in order to move ahead we have to shift our thinking and for me prayer is important in asking for realignment of my thoughts about failure. They can be stepping stones and reframed into learning experiences. I was able to finish what I started and offer my experience product to a friend from another program. She has not said yes but was very interested and I will be connecting again and ask more questions about her needs in creating a better work/life balance and shifting burdens into blessings. I also did a webinar and presented my offer and will follow up with interested women.

I was having doubts about the program when I started, I wasn’t sure whether it would be like other programs I purchased and have not completed. They were moving faster than I was able to keep up. I joined EPM and now I have the structure of the program I could start offering with confidence. I followed up the process without questioning, I followed up with my coach, and I attended all the weekly videos. As a result I have a Minimum Viable Program that I could start offering to people I know.

I was having trouble deciding which type of Home Organization course to create and I wasn't sure how to make it appealing and saleable. I joined EPM and finally got clarity on the best way forward. I have now created my first course and am excited to turn it into a suite of organizing courses. While I have not had success with chatter-boxing, I do have promotional workshops booked (with potential clients) and will present my offer during the workshop. Fingers crossed for some sales soon.
