I was having a hard time marketing anything I had to offer, I joined EPM and learned how to craft the wording and ways of marketing. I made it to the offer but it he time was not right for the potential client, but have her contact information and will keep touching back to provide value and build the relationship.

Your GRADUATION Story
I was uncertain about which type of program I should have, and I was not sure how to build it and where I even start. I joined EPM, and it has been a fantastic journey. Just three months later, I have my whole program designed. Without EPM, I am sure I would still be just thinking about it. The information has been excellent, plus the structure and the coach have been impressive. EPM is the best online course I have ever taken and the first one I took massive action on. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I actually decided I just wasn't going to graduate or hit Mission Accomplished. I fell befind during the holidays and couldn't see myself getting across the finished line. I was having a hard time getting to a mission statement that worked and I got stuck there. I was tempted to just let it go, but Coach Blue kept encouraging me to keep at it. Finally during our last Monday coaching session with Marisa- I decided to just share what I had without trying to fix it anymore. Marisa offered valuable coaching (as always) and I decided to give it one more try and here we are at Mission Accomplished. I was able to speak to a potential client tonight -on the last night to submit and she said she would love to take the course. Now that my mission is clear - I can't wait to talk to more people.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I think I have learned to accept the idea of Minimum Viable Product. I can be a bit of over-achiever- so the idea of operating in a "minimal" zone was hard for me to buy into. I always heard "done is better than perfect" but it took a real mindset shift for me to get with the program.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I feel a sense of calm knowing that I have a proven program to continue to create meaningful programs and business ideas.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest takeaway was not getting stopped by the overwhelm - MVP is the first step- not the finished product. I can always make it better.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I am excited about using this format over and over again to make courses better and create new products. Here is the current full Mission statement; Do your daily social media scrolls make you feel that your life is not going the way you want? Are you always comparing yourself to your friends? Are you experiencing “virtual” social anxiety? Are you frustrated that you haven’t figured out the secret code to make life better? Your mission should you choose to accept it is to create your own success playbook in 6 weeks, so that you can stop the competition mindset, rehearse language to increase self-confidence, set boundaries that make you happy, and celebrate YOUR everyday wins.

Crystallize coaching (class of 2021)

I was having this problem of wanting to leverage my time and find a product to produce with my new partner. We weren't sure what to do to combine our areas of genius and not create more work for ourselves. She lives in Australia and I am in Canada, so how could we serve our clients with a product that makes a difference and not be at the effect of the time zones??? I joined EPM and I (we ) discovered that we could create an online program that we both believe in, that makes a difference for women -AND that time zones aren't a stopper!! With the brilliant training of the EPM - we combined what we each know Best into an online program -module by module and created a powerful product to empower women in breaking through to fearless speaking -- AND that is only the beginning!! We did a survey and promo workshop to women we know AND overnight, 11 women signed up for a 6 module Beta course - for $197. and are sharing it with others already! AND sending us Thank you's for the difference it is already making in their lives!

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I knew I wanted to create an online course to help confused college students choose work they love, while getting prepared for the workplace. I had so many ideas rolling around in my head, but I didn't have a concrete plan for how to organize the information, then there's marketing! I went from excited to overwhelmed to doubting whether I could/should do this or not. I teach college students and see the need, but I didn't know how or where to start. A friend of mine sent me an email describing EPM. I set up an appointment with her and she explained the program further. This looks like just the thing I've been looking for. Boy was I glad I signed up, EPM was exactly what I was looking for. It has the structure I needed so badly, and it contained all the features I needed in a program: figuring out the why, picking a name, price, actually figuring out the content, and the marketing. I have taken many courses, online and in person than I care to count and none of them are as comprehensive as EPM. The best part is Marisa's constant reminder that we are designing the paper airplane version, we are aiming for progress not perfection, and that we can iterate our way to awesome! Thank you Marisa, Coach Uwe, and the members of the EPM team for giving me the structure, confidence and guidance I needed to say I can do this! My personal mantra is "Janet you have everything you needed to succeed"!

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story - Use this template to share your story: I was having (this problem/challenge), I wasn’t sure what to do (establish the pain/frustration). I joined (name of program) and (new thing you learned, realized or discovered). I (what you did) and (specific result you got). I was planning to create an online course and was even starting to plot out an outline with the bird’s eye view (although I didn’t call it that then of course). I was excited about the concept because I knew that it was information that would resonate with my target audience. However, once I plotted out the modules and sessions, I didn’t know what to do next. I was stuck. And so I did what was obvious, I put it on the backburner and went to something else that I could figure out. And 9 months passed with my idea on the shelf. Then I found Experience Product Masterclass and I was able to take my idea off the shelf…then discard it. Lol From the first week of EPM, I learned that what I was planning on offering was a big ole dump truck of information that NO ONE would finish or gain the transformation that I desired for them. So with EPM I had a creative Take 2 and niche down on my first course topic, target population, and the bird’s eye view for that. I now know that I really have about 6-8 courses already in my mind and experience that I can develop and offer as I grow my audience. I completed the MVP and have been sharing my new course with single Christian who have previously presented to and counseled on the issues covered in my course. I haven’t made any sales yet, but this process has helped me feel confident in my direction, market my product publicly, actually initiate conversations with people about my business and course and have a clear and concise statement about what it I do, how I do it, and who I do it for. I don’t believe that I would have gotten this far, this fast, and this well without EPM. Thank you, Marisa!

Your GRADUATION Story
I have wanted to take my message online the last three years. However, while trying to learn all the necessary steps of how to go about it, I became more and more frustrated. Eventually I had to admit to myself that I couldn't do this all by myself. I had come across Marisa's experience product while browsing the internet and the language she spoke in, as well as the promise of learning through fun, appealed to me. I attended the annual EPM event, but didn't get around to signing up at the time, due to too many distractions. A friend then told me about MVP in January and I grabbed that opportunity. To say I was overwhelmed with the amount of information hitting me is an understatement. Despite the Milestone document and other 1, 2, 3 step listings it unfortunately took me too long to figure out the exact steps, how to sift through the amount of information, understand it and apply it. I really love to treat people and learning all the new lingo and jargon for marketing was a huge challenge. By week 7 I think, and keeping at it, I started to see some light at the end of the tunnel. All of a sudden it actually looked easy and doable and not that difficult. However, I lost a lot of time in the beginning and missed to complete the steps at the required time. Nevertheless, I persevered, I thought, I pivoted and I finished within the 12 weeks. My project is not yet complete, but I rediscovered my zest for learning, I sat down and put in the work, I refused to be sidetracked, distracted and stopped procrastinating, and felt proud of myself and what I achieved. I do now have an incomplete MVP but am proud of that I have come that far. I hadn't reached that point in the last three years, even though I had something much simpler in mind. My mind has been challenged and I love that. Going over and digging out things that I had already done in the past to be able to set up my Credibility Booster awoke my passion about my Why again, and I started to remember why I went into the therapeutic healing field such a long time ago. That is precious to me. I will now continue to go over the vast amount of material I received to hone and finetune my message to be able to launch my product in two months and feel satisfied. In retrospect I can say that this 12 week program became much more about rediscovering and appreciating me as a person and not so much about me having a sellable product. But an MVP is a beautiful byproduct to have. I feel that I laid a good foundation for bigger things to come.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
That I have a course that I've been thinking about for years. I want to make an impact in people's life. Most chronic diseases can be averted with lifestyle changes

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I would like to answer this question a bit later as I'm just getting started. But EPM is fantastic!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I can do it! Marisa's beautiful handling of questions and people in the Zoom calls

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I want to reiterate and do 2-3 pilot groups and then scale it up and possibly taking it to corporate world

Is there anything else you would like to add?
I'm doing EPM for the 2nd time. This version is amazing! Accountability partners - in the last few weeks, I paired up with a lady doing a similar course. It has been super valuable. Perhaps a little less big group coaching. It's fascinating to see and listen, but it eats up so much of my limited time. I would like to have all the worksheets in a simple book. Happy to pay for that.

I had already decided I wanted to use gamification in my course and when I chanced on the opening webinar, I took the leap. I joined EPM and did my coursework. Initially it went very slow, then things speeded up so quickly that it stressed me out. Result: I have an outline for a course, but no takers yet.
