I had only a vague idea what to expect when I started the EPM course. Being a life long academic I have never been in business and did not know where to start. Together, these two things filled me with apprehension. From the very first module, Niche Down – Profits Up, I began creating clarity in what I needed to do to get my business going. One of the most valuable things I found was that the modules really are bite-sized pieces that do not overwhelm the novice. As the course progressed, it became clear that the pieces fit together in a way that would help me get to a product launch. Perhaps my greatest AH-HA moment was recognizing the value of the “iterate your way to success” approach. All of my academic trainings told me that a thing must be as near to perfect as possible before it sees the light of day. But the paralysis that comes with creating perfection would never allow me to get started. I have run a Chatterbox campaign and have enlisted one of my former students in a Beta course that I am delivering to her in Mongolia. I am building my email list and will launch my first product after the New Year holidays. I am so grateful to Marisa for her unwavering positivity and all the support resources that are available to me. Being able to talk with Coach Deborah and hear the advice she provided to others brought clarity to the lessons and crystallized many amorphous thoughts. I know that I will reach mission accomplished in the coming weeks.

EPM gave me a framework within which I began to organize my business and my campaign. It showed me where to start and how to think about the things that I was not familiar with. I have shed my analysis paralysis and now have a starting place and a path forward.
I now have a business model that I believe will be successful, and I know what I have to do to implement it.

"I did not have enough time to go through EPM this time. Again. And my inner critic was like 'why didn't you go through EPM again?! ""Now you had the chance to work with Debra more intensely"" Etc. But I had to organize my taxes last weekend and realized. Holy f%^. I earned 59.000 in the months Oktober, November, December with my new group (and some extra income from other clients). And they have access to my new online training in Xperiencify. So I guess that means Mission Accomplished. I added a new client last week to this group. So I did not follow a lot of EPM lessons but basically I integrated so many more EPM things that I realized so I thought F&^%^ it of course I hit mission accomplished. And there is another women who is sitting on the fence. The whole EPM team sets the bar so high that i automatically raise my bar (is this a right expression?????) in the way i coach and treat my customers and that pays off. Since i joined EPM my customers keep on coming back. EPM is addictive. It is like a big fat cherry on the pie and the journey just begun. Can you imagine what happens when i actually implementl al the lessons? @Debra @marisa @murray @matthew and all the other coaches thank you for your dedication, passion, professionalism, patience, creativity and innovation. So nice to be surrounded by such pro's that want their clients to succeed. By filling in this form i realized i added soooo many more things that i realized. And Thank you

Alice Koenen (class of 2020)

For me, a big takeaway is designing the course, using clear titles for each part, and smaller mission statements. With 1000 possibilities and not wanting to leave something behind, it was a task to decide that and clarify the Bird's Eye View. Also, the mission statement to market the program gave much clarity. I enjoyed working on my course materials, designs, and naming. So, I am proud to have at least a small sales page and two partners who are given their gifts as a bonus to my course. Now, I have to market and chatterbox more seriously and leave doubt behind now and ever.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Having clarity on the steps to take.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I am not successful at the moment. Although, financially, I am not. Being successful in the real world is a goal for 2021.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have made progress, and I have more clarity on what I have to do now.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest challenge was personal. After a lifetime of being angry and voiceless, it is quite a task to use my energy for the best. I know what I am here for. That is why I had all those experiences during my life. However, it is still challenging to take a stand for myself and for my mission now.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Move on and do the work: chatterboxing, marketing, and go out to sell because the product I have now is experiencing wonders with Alice. Who does not want that? I love creating it furthermore, and I hope my clients will love it too. We will see.

Susan Ross (class of 2020)

In fall of 2019, I decided to make a little website for my successful but non-monetized coaching business. I started in, and met up with Covid as it changed our entire world mid-Feb 2020. Realizing that working locally "live" was no longer viable, I embarked upon a pivot that took longer than anticipated, as I searched for the right path forward. A number of mentors provided valuable but highly specialized training - trying to put all the tech/methods together was frustrating & expensive. I then met Marisa, a master of motivating & supporting our success, immediately felt at "home" & joined Experience Product Masterclass! I still haven't conquered tech, but find her innovative thinking on experience based education is the "secret sauce" that works for me - AND being so well served by she and her team of coaches has been wonderful!! I'm now building on all I've learned about resilience through this crazy past year, and so happy to be continuing on this journey with Momentum!

Adrienne Edmondson (class of 2020)

I joined this program because I want to upgrade my business. I want a real business. I started my business after I was laid off from a 6 figure job in 2002. I got lucky and landed a consulting job with the community college district in my community teaching programs I was certified in. I was a recovering HR Director in the world of business. I later applied to the department of defense to become a Yellow Ribbon Cadre Speaker. I have been a cadre speaker for about 8 years. I earn a nice honorarium and have my expenses paid. Another consulting firm in the area has used my services as a contractor to facilitate, design and deliver training and to various companies and the government. I have fought breast cancer twice and dealt with fighting lupus. All this to say, this program scared the shit out of me! I gave up a few times! The amount of material overwhelmed me! Then I would go all out and flake out again. Then I reverted back to my 7 Habits training. Begin with the end in mind! So, I tried to back into the program. It did me a little satisfaction. Then I started going through the trainings again and the one training that presents the 7 pillars overview in module 3. If I had seen that first I think I would have embraced the concepts of the program sooner. I felt it began with the end in mind and give a great overview so you knew where you need to go and do.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Xperiencify product, the interview with Bill Baren, the Mindfuck, and trusting myself.

How did EPM help you become successful?
It pressed me! It made me think outside of comfort zone. It made me take a step to do what I have been doing all along. Making people happy! I am a certified laughter leader and joy-logistics! This is what I do and I do it well. I just did not know how to marked the product. Individuals have told me they would love to take a class with me on laughter and humor. In my training it is more to it. It really has a positive impact on your body and how you choose to live your life! This program has help me work on a plan to market "live love laugh - unleash your joy."

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have not reached the impact yet! But I will. I did not graduate with honors ($2000) but I have jumped over a hurdle in putting pen to paper my product. I need to take some developmental courses like working with google docs. I have a feeling that is why my coach never received my milestone sheet to give me feedback.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Understanding how to build a business. Not being afraid of asking for what the course is worth. It is ok to be selfish and altruistic!

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Just do it! Get it done! Better late than never. I Got this!

Debbie Inglis (class of 2020)

"When Covid hit, all my clients put our work on hold. I had nothing in the diary anymore, and like many businesses, my future was uncertain.

My clients are mainly schools, and they wanted to wait until 'things got back to normal' and I could continue delivering my coaching and training face-to-face.

As time went on, I realised that 'normal' wasn't coming along any time soon, so I decided to put all my energies into creating an online version of my business.

This wasn't easy, and my difficulties were around getting clarity on my message ... how has this changed? How can I get schools to buy into my fabulous offering, when they can't see past getting through each day, and just dealing with the constant government updates on safety, learning, etc.

I know I learn and develop best, and faster, when I'm working 'live' with someone ... and then Marisa's EPM program came along.

Perfect timing! It was a no-brainer, and ticked all my boxes ... the access to a coach, the live weekly sessions to help sort out your ongoing struggles AND share and celebrate each others' successes.

I particularly loved getting the XPs, the points that showed me I was making progress, even when this was slow ... It became addictive and highly motivating!

My biggest wins from Marisa's program, and the coaching support, were:
- getting real clarity on my message
- summarising my product in 6 simple steps that I could use in lots of different marketing areas
- completing my first email campaign! Woohoo!

I've always struggled with what to write, and how to not sound too 'formal'. Feedback from Coach Jordan really helped me get my email campaign sorted and resulted in a huge boost in my confidence in this area. Now that I've done it once, it will be soooo much easier the next time!

My biggest surprise? ... Hitting my STRETCH GOAL - just from talking about my service!

This 'chatterboxing' marketing strategy wasn't part of my marketing plan, as I was struggling to get hold of school leaders. Nevertheless, when I did have contact with them, I kept mentioning it anyway.

Result? I have 9 participants on my online 'Coaching Skills for Leaders' course, and have smashed my stretch goal by over £2k.

I have lots of plans to expand my online business now, and have managed to get my online course accredited with 2 professional bodies here in the UK.

Bring it on! ... And a big THANK YOU to Marisa, Jordan and the team!

Carlene Gunsior (class of 2020)

I came into EPM without the slightest clue of what I could do or with whom. I just knew I had to get something out there! Now as a slow learner and someone who had an extreeeemly difficult time seeing herself, and also a tendency to want people to tell her what the right thing to do was all her life, I had an uphill battle to find my topic! And funniest thing, it only came after standing my ground that I made me pivot into what really felt was my calling and interest, Relationships! And day before graduation, I figured out it was probably even more specific to attraction! What do you do when someone is attracted to you and vice versa in a way that feels like you want it to be forever? The kind that's thick or thin, seems like destiny, like ohhh shoot, NOW how do we handle this, cuz there ain't no escaping life keeping us together! I never would have come to this realization without having you all help me have space to make mistakes and chase my tail, then giving me something to shoot for! And I made it!! I made my first program sale!! But beyond that, I've been on the search for my biz thing for 3 years. Here, finally here, you helped me nail it!!!!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Anything is possible! Your success can be multiplied so many times as you grow!

How did EPM help you become successful?
I love the experience product template! It's so engaging and motivating!! Just when I feel like I'd give up, there was another boost! I feel positively about the program and you!!

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I feel confident that I have the tools to create a product that is exciting, sustainable, and engaging!! I've always felt lost and clueless on how to really get started but this was so helpful for a step by step recipe for success!

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change has been feeling like I can put something profitable, have all the steps to get it together, and market it!

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I can make this all exciting!

"I was struggling with figuring out what to focus on and what to sell, I had taken so many online courses, read so many books and even helped people prior to EPM as a freelance consultant with great success. But I wanted to free up my time without compromising the results my students got and after I joined the Experience Product Masterclass I realized that it was absolutely possible.

I simply got out of my own way and stopped thinking I was so instrumental for the success of my students which led me to launching a 1:few group coaching program that is going to give my clients massive results and freeing up my time. I launched a beta program and got 4 enrollments at $2500, so I’m essentially getting paid $10.000 to create my program and making sure it’s a success by getting feedback from these beta testers and iterating my way to awesome. So that I can do a big launch and show the world what I’ve learned and how I can help struggling home based business owners learn their own Unique Business Building Blueprint, so they can effortlessly recruit more, sell more and become their own guru as they hasslefree grow their home-based business.

"I have a $500 deposit on my $3000 program of coaching. I have taken tons of courses to develop my business, and have always been stuck in the marketing. The only part that I did well was the delivery, and it used to be very successful from 95% referrals, only a few new clients. Then I wanted to change it to have it be more specialized, and not just career, and Covid hit and the combination made it difficult. I did not know how much I did not know, and I did not know how outdated and inadequate my business systems were, and I have wanted to put my programs online for over 2 years.
I have seen many +++ programs on how to put your courses online and never got past the outline as even when the program was finished, my courses were still not online, and I usually had another outline, and no idea how to get my courses online. I also did not have any idea how outdated my marketing was and if I had not taken the EPM I do not know how I would have ever made a success of my business in its new model. I don't think I could have.
Instead, I went to EPM after taking John Assarof's business program and quickly had my eyes opened wide with awareness of the tools of setting up the business systems, and marketing, and sales, all of the technology, and it was all there, step by step. I also learned how terrible at and terrified I was of chatterboxing and the actual marketing. And, as my eyes got opened wide, I also learned that I do have a good program, which I can speak to by the results, and so the biggest gap was the business systems and marketing and sales, only the main points of business that were my gap. I watched all of the videos, and did all of the exercises so that I could learn the processes and decided I absolutely was, no exception going to learn what I needed to do. At times, I was in really discouraged, as I thought I would never get it together, and I couldn't figure out how to get it to work any faster, as I did not realize how much of a lump I had to swallow for the chatterboxing. I have always been comfortable communicating and sharing with my colleagues, and groups but when it came to chatterboxing it was a big lump to swallow. However, every day, I watched the videos of the relevant topic, and looked at the handouts and asked myself the question, and I finally got my facebook posts in the last couple of weeks. I then had to make a video and I am eternally grateful for all of the details and highly expert resources that are provided. I figured out how I was going to do a video and in the last week I got my first video of my video campaign ready and on FB and LI, and Messenger. I was shocked at getting 23 comments, likes, and requests for more, and from my first video and my first strategy call, I have a deposit on my coaching program for $3000 (deposit of $500) as she is figuring out the payments this week. I also had one referral in the meantime, and it was not a fit, so I did not know how I would get response. I have a request for more videos, and more meetings coming up, and I have a request to speak at our local coaching chapter about this.
I am super impressed as I have taken so very many courses and never had the support of so many experts and of so much expert content to walk me through the examples, and I am ecstatic to have my courses on Experiencify. I am so inspired I joined Momentum, as I realized I have to keep going, and I need to keep expanding my mind and my path way, and the tools on my path. At one point I didn't know how I could ever finish, and then thought there are no barriers, I must keep on.
I have also been tremendously inspired at how Marisa handles the challenges that come her way. It makes me not just believe, but know beyond a doubt that anything is possible, and I am a proud owner of my new business of the same name, but it is a new business. Forever grateful to the community, and the coaches beyond words. The support make a life-changing difference. Thank you so much,
Luann"
