I was really struggling with consistency and follow-through. I also wasn't sure how to structure my program or product because I knew I'm a really great teacher and I can help people, but I wasn't sure how to speak in a way that would resonate with them or how to structure and show what I can do so they understand and see the value.
There are many other courses out there on digital marketing and different areas of business, and it was helpful to get a high-level overview and then also go deep into the topics that were relevant to me. I appreciate the expertise, the depth, and all the nuances Marisa shared. And I know there's more I can come back to—for example, there's a pre-launch promotion that's too complicated for me right now, but maybe I'll do it in the future when I have a bigger team. I've now hired one person, which is amazing, and it really helped me.
The map that we created and the fact that Marisa highlighted the importance of iteration—I appreciate that because it also worked as a program and project manager for me. I know iteration is important.
